Exclusive Buyers Agents are licensed real estate agents like any other real estate agents.

The difference is that most real estate agents work for the Seller. Their obligation is to help the Seller sell the home at the highest price and the best terms for the Seller. You do not need to hate them for this. You just need to realize that this is what they were hired to do and they will do thier best to do it!

Exclusive Buyers Agents do not list homes like most other agents. The company they work for does not list any homes. They don't have any inventory to move and don't have Sellers calling them and asking them why their home has not sold.

When you work with an Exclusive Buyer's Agent, you have someone on your side of the transaction to level the playing field. Comparable sales will not be hand-picked to encourage you to pay the highest price for the home.
